Your personal practice
Inner Game helps you record habits, goals and positive moments. Choose activities that are appropriate for your circumstances and respect other people. The app is a personal development tool, not a medical, mental-health, financial or professional advisory service. It does not diagnose conditions or promise an outcome.
Points and reflections
Confidence Points, levels and medals are motivational records. They have no cash value and do not measure your worth. Correcting a check-in, deleting or reopening a goal, or resetting progress can change them. Each of three optional goal steps earns 5 CP, and finishing the third also earns the goal's chosen CP reward. If an unfinished goal passes its optional deadline, the app deducts up to that goal's chosen CP reward once for that attempt, limited to the CP available at that time. Try again sets a new deadline and keeps completed steps; the deduction is not refunded. Deleting a goal removes its earned goal and step CP but keeps any past deadline deduction. Previously earned rewards remain as recorded, including rewards awarded under earlier rules. A rest day can carry an eligible habit streak without awarding CP. Ancient wisdom cards are selected paraphrases with source references, not literal translations or a substitute for studying the original text.
Confidence shop and streak freezes
CP purchases use a separate spendable balance; spending does not lower earned CP or rank. No real money is accepted and CP cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Correcting a reward can reduce the balance below zero; later CP covers that difference before you can spend again. Unlocked looks remain available until you reset progress or delete your account. A streak freeze costs 75 CP and can protect yesterday for one active habit if the preceding day was completed. It awards no CP and does not count as an actual completion in Insights. You can hold up to five unused freezes. Using one consumes it even if a late offline check-in subsequently completes that day. Resets clear purchases and freezes.
Listening and watching links
Use media you have permission to access. Inner Game streams supported direct HTTPS audio/video links; it does not download or bypass a service's access controls. Subscription and streaming-service share links such as Spotify and Audible do not provide direct media and cannot play inside Inner Game. Playback requires a connection and a supported format. A minutes target counts actual playback time while this app is visible, excluding seeks, pauses and buffering. Finishing an item requires playing its content through to the end. Completion earns the habit's ordinary daily CP once; check-in corrections remain available. YouTube is an external learning resource and has no playback-based reward. Provider availability, embedding rules, access restrictions and network conditions may limit playback.
Your account and content
You remain responsible for the content you enter and share. Inner Game uses it to provide the features described in the privacy policy. Keep your device secure. Android device credentials protect access; uninstalling the app, clearing app data, resetting or losing the device may require assisted recovery. Recovery depends on verifying ownership and cannot be guaranteed.
Availability and fair use
Service access depends on connectivity and maintenance. Features may change; do not rely on the app as the sole copy of irreplaceable writing. Do not attempt to access other accounts, abuse the service or interfere with its security. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
